2024 Annual Meeting

The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:30pm at La Casa West (610 South 168th Street, Omaha, NE 68118) in the party room. Pizza, water & soda will be provided, and additional drinks can be purchased at the bar.  

Meeting attendees will be entered into a drawing for several donated prizes.  Will you be one of the lucky neighbors this year?  Must be present to win.

The October newsletter and a survey were sent out on Fri, Oct 4th via email.  We are eager to hear your ideas and discuss the future of our great neighborhood during the annual meeting.  We hope to see you there! 

Annual HOA Dues

The 2024 Cambridge Oaks Homeowners Association were $325 per lot. They were due on or before March 31, 2024.  Thanks to everyone who paid!  We didn’t need to file any liens this year.  

The annual dues amount is subject to fluctuation based on each year’s annual budget. We strive to keep the dues as low as possible, yet provide quality services.

Other

The architectural control approval requirement by the Homeowners Association expired in 2013. All property modifications are now governed by the City of Omaha. There is no need to get permission from the HOA for additions, roofs, sheds, playhouses, fences, pools or any other addition or change to your property.
