There are many ways to participate in our neighborhood! Throughout the year, we host a variety of events that bring neighbors together. We also have opportunities to volunteer to help keep our neighborhood looking great. Where do you want to get invovled?
Here is what you can expect for annual HOA-sponsored events:
- Spring: Easter Egg Hunt & Activities
- 2026 date TBD (April)
- Summer: Neighborhood Garage Sales
- 2026 date TBD (June)
- Summer: 4th of July Parade & Activities
- Saturday, July 4, 2026
- Fall: Concert at the Gazebo featuring Lemon Fresh Day and food trucks
- 2026 date TBD (Sept)
- Annual Meeting: late fall
How can you give back to the neighborhood?
- Wave hello to your neighbors 🙂
- Pull weeds in common spaces
- Pick up litter as you take a walk
- Reach out to welcome new neighbors
- Help with spring or fall clean up
- Volunteer at neighborhood events
