Annual HOA Dues
The 2025 Cambridge Oaks Homeowners Association are $420 per lot. They are due on or before March 31, 2025. We appreciate everyone’s attention to this.

The annual dues amount is subject to fluctuation based on each year’s annual budget. We strive to keep the dues as low as possible, yet provide quality services. Review the 2025 below:

Other
The architectural control approval requirement by the Homeowners Association expired in 2013. All property modifications are now governed by the City of Omaha. There is no need to get permission from the HOA for additions, roofs, sheds, playhouses, fences, pools or any other addition or change to your property.
